Before You Start
- Sterilize all the silicone items by boiling
- Wash your hands
- Trim your nails if it's necessary
How to Insert
1. Squeeze the disc thin enough to be inserted into the vagina.
2. Insert the disc into your vagina and angling it slightly downward toward your cervix, NOT straight up.
You may use your finger to locate where your cervix is before inserting the disc.
Your cervix feels firm but also a little springy, like the tip of your nose.
3. Push the disc as far as it goes, so that it covers your cervix.
The back rim of the disc should sit behind your cervix.
Keep pushing the disc to make sure it opens and covers your cervix.
4. Tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone.
Make sure your cervix is sitting inside the disc.
If you can touch your cervix from the bottom of the disc, it is inside the disc.
How to Remove
- Wash your hands
- Breath out and relax
- Pull the stem gently
You may trim the stem if it is too long for you.
The stem and handle can be customized to suit your anatomy and personal preferences.
Disc Stand
The disc stand is handy for changing your disc when you’re away from home.
Make sure to keep the removable bottom in place to prevent any leaks.
Drying Rack
By removing the bottom, the disc stand can also be used as a drying rack.
It provides a convenient way to air-dry your disc after washing.
