Refund policy

If you receive a package that appears to have been opened, is missing items, or contains a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a replacement will be sent to you.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. This policy is in place for health and safety reasons, as the product is intended for personal use.
